Do try out this delicious recipe it’s very satisfying & delicious keeps us fuller for max 2 hours as it’s rich with seeds & oats can also be stored for a week in refrigerator.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly dry roast oats until raw smell disappears remove it similarly dry roast all nuts & seeds for 30 seconds each remove it.take a big bowl add oats,honey mix it well.besides blend dates to fine paste adding a splash of milk & add with all nuts coat them well lastly mix everything with the dough grease oil on palm so it doesn’t stick.
* Step 2
Pop it in a layered with parchment paper tray so that it’s easy to remove. Spread it with spatula level it with 1/2 inch thickness and pop in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
* Step 3
Later remove it & chop the granola bars in desired thickness or shape.garnish with rose petals too before setting it..!
* Step 4
Our drooling & tempting oats granola bars are ready to relish…!
