* Step 1
Firstly wash & chop chicken cubes soak in vinegar for 10 minutes drain all the water next add all dry spices & marinate it for 2 hours for best results. further, pick two skewers and add onion petals, capsicum diced, and chicken gradually prepares all.
* Step 2
Then heat a nonstick griddle on the medium flame burner and set the skewers first then drizzle 1-2 tablespoons oil and flip after 50 seconds each side until nicely it turns like it’s grilled then off the flame burner and smoke a coin of charcoal & add ghee smoke it and whirl serving drizzle lime juice.
* Step 3
