A scrumptious and delicious Biryani for second day of Eid it’s flavourful and satisfying kind of dish without which a dinner treat is just an invitation…!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash chicken with vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell or run normally under tap water drain water and pop in all spices and yoghurt for marinating then add mint and coriander leaves and the oil from fired onions set it in freezer for about an hour.
* Step 2
Besides I have fried onions until golden and crispy and washed,soaked rice with salt,hard spices and a slice of lime with this rice don’t turn sticky and cooked perfectly. Once the chicken is ready take a nonstick wok add first layer of marinated chicken add onions and greens
* Step 3
Then I cook rice until 80% and drained the water now add rice later again the second layer of chicken and rice lastly add saffron milk,saffron essence,yellow food colour,mint &coriander leaves,ghee/oil and cover the lid cook for 10 minutes on high flame then 15-20 minutes on low flame and off the flame.
* Step 4
Finally when it’s ready and aromatic mix with light hands and pop it on a serving plate and enjoy it with raita or mirchiyon ka salan and enjoy it..!
