Apple & oats smoothie

A very healthy and full of nutrients smoothie is required for a part of our meals like dinner mostly want to keep it simple then go for it and give it a try ..!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 teaspoon

cinnamon powder

2 tablespoons

Quaker oats

1/2 cup

milk

1 teaspoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly dry roast oats and while it’s warm add cinnamon powder toss it roughly now pick a blender jar and pop in all ingredients nuts,milk, honey,ice cubes.

* Step 2

Pulse it 3-4 times and it’s ready.

* Step 3

Pop it in a serving glass garnish with a slice of apple and enjoy it cold..!
