Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash,Peel and grate lauki set aside further take a wok add ghee to it pop in the grated lauki sauté until raw smell disappears then add the mawa,sugar,cardamoms powder,green food colour and cook until juicy and ghee separates.
* Step 2
Lastly add in a serving bowl and garnish with mawa & chopped nuts serve it warm...!
