Homemade tutti frutti

Delicious awesome homemade tutti frutti. Can add in cakes and garnishing as well . Can store in refrigerator for about 3-4 weeks well . More Colours can be added as per choice. I usually prepare many colours this time I tried for this challenge.

20 minutes cooling time:- 2 hours.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash and remove all the pulp from watermelon Peel it’s dark green cover and take only white part. Dice the cubes for tutti frutti. Just add the diced cubes with water in a pressure cooker cook until 2-3 whistles. Then strain the excess water set aside further add sugar and prepare a one string sugar syrup and pop in the boiled cubes of watermelon rind. Lastly add in a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon red food colour.
* Step 2
Cover it and let it rest aside for 2 hours in sugar syrup it soaks it’s syrup well and remove it to dry in another plate separately. Our deliciously awesome tutti frutti is ready.
