A very unique combination of this recipe I am sure no one have tried it in recent times . Do comment me if you find this combination unique as it’s a very old recipe . The main trick for cooking this is the lady finger and dal Masoor are cooked together but still its texture must not be sticky and lady finger must be 50 percent cooked with dal completely cooked. Here’s the trick to cook it perfectly do try & experience it . It goes well for a healthy breakfast meal option.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soaked dal Masoor for about 20-25 minutes in warm water further washed and chopped lady fingers.
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil/ghee then add chopped onions sauté until slightly golden remove it then add chopped lady fingers then let it fry for about a minute flip both slides then add the onion and dal Masoor further add water and all spices except salt as shown in the picture below.
* Step 3
Cover it and cook for only 3-4 minutes then add salt garnish with coriander leaves mix with light hands and make sure dal is just soften not mashed. And the lady finger must also be 60% cooked as shown in the picture below. It’s ready to serve.
* Step 4
Serve it hot in a bowl and enjoy it with chapati.
