American chop suey

The very famous Chinese cuisines menu & one of my all time favorite dish !!!!! It’s drooling all over & easy to prepare kindly follow the steps recipe below:-

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 1/2 tbs

cornflour

2 tbsp.

oil

2 tbsp

vinegar

as per taste

Salt

1 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a Kadai, add two cups of noodles & spread it evenly to form a layer then fry till it turns golden & crispy both sides drain on an absorbent paper gradually Prepare all layers for remaining noodles.

* Step 2

Combine the cornflour in a cup with some water prepare a slurry & set aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a non-stick pan & sauté all the vegetables for 2 only minutes each to keep it crispy & crunchy further Add the boiled noodles sauté for a minute.

* Step 4

Add both the sauces and stir occasionally for a minute on the medium flame burner.

* Step 5

Add cornflour slurry in the pan with sugar salt & vinegar mix well & cook till the sauce gets thick.

* Step 6

Now divide it into two equal parts

* Step 7

To proceed: just before serving, place one portion of the crispy noodles on a plate & topping of chop suey evenly over it. If you are a nonvegetarian garnish with half fried egg.

* Step 8

Serve it immediately enjoy the delicious meal the famous Chinese dish American chop suey!

* Step 9

Tip of the day: you can also add your choice of vegetables to make it more colorful & similarly choice of Shezwan sauce etc to make it yummier!! As usual, it looks delicious as mentioned above on a layer of crispy fried noodles added a layer of vegetables & sauce gravy served hot..!
