Sweet potatoes cutlets

#Left I have used sweet potatoes for this week as much as possible in my meals so I tried my best of all to innovate three dishes using sweet potatoes here’s the leftover mashed potato batter which was about to finish but still I managed to create one . I really feel no food items should be left or discarded I every time use it & recreate another recipe with my own cooked recipe is something is leftover. Here I had Stir fried keema & some batter of mashed sweet potatoes so I tried out cutlets in my style it was simply delicious it had some sweet & savory flavors with some fresh spices.Do try & experience it friends you will not regret I am pretty sure...! I am in love with the natural colour of sweet potatoes it looks so tempting & inviting while being cooked as fresh colour bring a spark to your eyes feels good everything colorful & flavorful I guess everyone will agree on this . 15-20 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 teaspoons

stir fried keema

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I microwaved the leftover mashed potatoes for 1 minute while it was hot I mashed it well without lumps will it’s warm add in salt,black pepper powder & kasuri methi mix it well the batter is ready

Further take keema asusual it was in refrigerator but it’s ok anyway after stuffing we will fry it now grease your palm with some oil then take sweet potatoes batter add a teaspoon of keema cover it well with by it’s sides gradually prepare rest of it set aside

Now take the egg batter coat a cutlet and pop in preheat oil fry it on medium flame burner until both sides are golden

* Step 4

Remove it & add in serving plate the deliciously awesome sweet potatoes cutlets are ready to eat with hot chapatis or as a starter with meal of rice & curry..!

Tip of the day:- if any of you have issue with your batter can also add 1 teaspoon cornflour to the sweet potatoes batter & if non vegetarian you can also skip egg coating & fry with cornflour slurry & bread crumbs. I prepared only two cutlets out of my leftovers if you guys have more of leftovers you can prepare more cutlets.
