This is a very impressive & unique dish I have ever tried though it’s a bit time consuming as in you need a lot of elbow grease to whisk it if you use a hand whisker it’s good if you use the stand whisk. But the taste is worth it. My family just loved it .this can be taken for breakfast or brunch either it goes well & can enjoy the drooling soufflé omelette @ home. It’s a western kind of dish usually they prefer a lighter tough healthy breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly separates the egg yolks & the egg whites in two bowls now pick only the egg whites whisk it pretty well to make it fluffy I used had whisk you can use a stand whisk to make it like stiff peaks but still with hand whisk works awesome
* Step 2
Besides heat up the pan pop a slice of butter keep burner on low flame while the butter is hot mix the egg yolks to egg whites then just pop it in the pan keep it covered for two minutes then uncover the lid sprinkle salt,black pepper,fenugreek leaves crushed & coriander leaves
* Step 3
While the sides are golden it looks slightly fluffy remove it
* Step 4
The deliciously awesome soufflé omelette is ready enjoy with tomato ketchup or anything of your choice.
