Mango lassi

This fruit is never out of fashion & mostly loved by each one of us . Healthy nutrients all covered it this glass of lassi . In this desserted hot summer it’s a must to have a refreshing juice or lassi @ home. Here’s the recipe below:-

1/2 cup

milk

as required

yoghurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & squeeze the puree from all mangoes

* Step 2

Take a pack of Laban or you can use fresh yoghurt

* Step 3

Take a blender jar add in a teaspoon of honey

* Step 4

Gradually add in the milk, mangoes puree, peeled almonds, Laban up

* Step 5

Now blend it for 3-4 times then add few ice cubes & give a punch once to crush the ice in lassi it will taste delicious with all flavors chilled

Add in a serving glass few drops of re syrup swirl the glass to get the marks then pop in the lassi garnish it with ice cubes some red syrup & serve it chilled & enjoy..!
