Stir fried Aloo Keema
#flavour3I tried in a different style than regular curry it turned out awesome it’s semi fried & cooked . Goes well with paratha or white rice.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the vegetables & wash then drain Keema set aside
* Step 2
Take a wok or pressure cooker then add in oil while it’s warm add in the cumin seeds & curry leaves then gradually add chopped onions stirr for few minutes then add Tomatoes & fry till soften
* Step 3
Next add chopped sliced potatoes fry a little then add in all the regular spices including kasuri methi
* Step 4
Splash some water so that the spices won’t get burnt
* Step 5
One mixed now add the mins again fry it for few minutes then add half glass of water cover it let it cook for around five minutes
* Step 6
Then uncover it & add the lime juice,coriander leaves & Garam masala stirr till the oil separates then off the stove burner & it’s ready yummy & delicious.
