Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pick a wok add in ghee or butter simmer the burner then add in the cumin seeds, curry leaves, cashews sauté for 2-3 minutes till chasews are light golden
* Step 2
Then add in ginger garlic paste then gradually add chopped tomatoes & spices fry till soften for few minutes
* Step 3
Then add in the white rice give a good stirr dash lime juice & coriander leaves sprinkle Garam masala powder.
* Step 4
Now the delicious meal of tomato rice is ready...!!!
