Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dal mash for about 4-5 hours or instantly if like u can soak in warm water for 1-2 hours
* Step 2
Then grind the dal make fine paste try not to add more water it should be like thick consistency of making Wada add salt as per taste & food soda
* Step 3
Prepare curd whisk well add water this can b like creamy liquid consistency so add water accordingly then add salt set aside
* Step 4
Prepare wadas and first dip once in normal water in a bowl and then add in curd prepared simantaniously do this process for all wadas
* Step 5
Now lastly prepare tadka of curry leaves, cumin & mustard seeds, dry chillis if added sauté just one minute and add to the curd & wadas dish add few coriander leaves and close the lid it u start serving the aroma of tadka will be soaked in the dish
* Step 6
