Homemade Queso with crawfish and andouille sausage

* Step 1
On medium heat in a medium sauce pan sauté in olive oil, jalapeño and onion
* Step 2
2 Add 1/2 cup milk and diced cheese, tomatoes and stir till all melts. Add extra milk if too thick. Stir in crawfish and andouille sausage. Enjoy with your favorite dipping chips!
