Garlic & Lemon Chicken with Red Potatoes & Green Beans

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Coat a large baking dish or cast-iron skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil. Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer in the bottom of dish or skillet.
* Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the remaining oil. lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; add the green beans and toss to coat. Using a slotted spoon or tongs arrange the green beans on top of lemons.
* Step 3
Next add the potatoes to mixture, toss to coat, and arrange the potatoes along the inside edge on top go green beans.
* Step 4
Now place chicken in mixture and coat throughly. Place the chicken in dish or skillet.
* Step 6
Remove chicken place beans & potatoes back in oven for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Place chicken breast on each of the 4 plates dividing been beans & potatoes equally. Enjoy!!
