Ingredient

2 glasses

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm 2 glasses of milk Mix 3 spoons of readymade custard powder In cold milk mix nicely

* Step 2

Now pour this into the boiling milk Keep stirring to avoid lumps Add sugar as per hour taste

* Step 3

Take thandai powder in a small bowl. Mix with 2 spoons of milk. Just like a paste

* Step 4

Add this paste to the boiling custard and give a nice stir

* Step 5

When you get a smooth and thick consistency of custard switch off the gas

* Step 6

Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. I have used slivered pistachios and almonds.

* Step 7

Decorate with fresh rose petals ice, in order to cool it.

* Step 8

Once cold, cover the custard with cling film, in direct contact with the surface, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use.

* Step 9

Eggless custard is ready to be enjoyed Serve in a bowl or short glasses.
