Ingredient

1 cup

khoya

1/4 cup

maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take crumbled paneer in a big bowl mash the paneer with your palm till it forms a smooth dough.

* Step 2

Mash till the paneer forms a smooth dough without any paneer particles. Now add grated khoya and mix well.

* Step 3

Next add maida and combine with paneer khoya mixture. Add a pinch of baking soda and milk if required to get moisture. Mix gently to form a smooth dough.

* Step 4

Keep slivered pistachio and crushed cardamom mix ready.

* Step 5

Pinch small ball sized dough and make ball. Place it on your palm and keep stuffing in the middle.

* Step 6

Cover and seal the ball. Make sure there’s no crack on the outer surface of the ball prepared

* Step 7

Heat the ghee on low flame and when the ghee is moderately hot, fry the jamuns.

* Step 8

Fry till the balls turns black.garnish with slivered almonds
