#nonindian Dry Gobhi Manchurian is a perfect starter or a side dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the gobi into small to medium size florets. Boil them in hot water for 2-3 minutes then drain.

* Step 2

In a large bowl mix together take maida, corn flour, soy sauce, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.

* Step 3

Now add little water and mix well. Dip each cooked gobi florets into the batter.

* Step 4

Drain the fried gobi on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.

* Step 5

In a large kadai add 2 tsp oil

* Step 6

Then add the chopped spring onions and saute well.

* Step 7

Next fry chopped capsicum. Add salt to taste. also add some chilli powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.

* Step 8

Now add the deep fried florets and give a good mix.

* Step 9

Lastly add some chopped spring onions greens and mix.
