Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients

* Step 2

Make thick batter

* Step 3

Just leave the mixture for 15 minutes so all the ingredients get incorporated well

* Step 4

Put ghee in a flat non stick pan and shallow fry

* Step 5

Have added sugar in the batter so no extra chashni is needed

* Step 6

Garnish malpuas with slivered almonds or pistachios

* Step 7

Can be served with rabri too
