Brahmi is good for brain development, hair growth and helps digestion.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash moong daal, add 3 cups of water, washed and chopped green leaves.
* Step 2
Add green chillies, tomatoes, tamarind and turmeric, pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
* Step 3
Add salt and mash the cooked daal.
* Step 4
Heat oil in wok add mustard and cumin seeds. Add red chilli and onions. After onions are done add mashed daal cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
