Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chicken in buttermilk with little salt for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Remove chicke from buttermilk and add all other ingredients except oil. Mix well and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Adjust salt.
* Step 3
After removing from refrigerator add oil. Mix well.
* Step 4
Place on grill and grill for 12-15 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and grill once again for 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Serve hot with green chutney.
