Ingredient

500 ml

milk

3 tablespoons

ghee

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a vessel add cashew and almonds fry to golden brown colour

Add raisins and fry

* Step 3

Add vermicelli and fry for 1 min

* Step 4

Add milk,cardamom powder and sugar bring it to boil

* Step 5

Cook in medium flame till vermicelli is cooked.

* Step 6
