Ingredient

200 grams

flat beans

2 tablespoons

red chilli powder

1 tablespoon

dhaniya powder

3-4 tablespoon

oil

to taste

salt

1 teaspoon

mustard and jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut flat beans to bigger pieces. boil with water salt and turmeric and keep it aside

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera after mustard start popping add curry leaves and chopped onion saute well till onion become transparent.

* Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes little salt(already added to flat beans add less) after tomatoes become mushy add chilli powder and dhaniya powder. add tamarind syrup. cool for a minute

* Step 4

Add boiled flat beans close lid and cook for 10 min.

* Step 5

Add chopped coriander leaf and serve with rice. can also have with chapati and dosa.
