gobind bhog rice

milk powder

nolen gur

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange all near the cooking side soaked the rice in water for ten minutes,and after soaking the rice strain the water and add ghee with the rice and keep aside.

In other side boil the milk in medium high heat till boiling and then slow the flame and boil till reduced to half of the original amount and add milk powder and mix well.

* Step 3

Now add rice to it and boil the rice until it perfectly cooked,and fry the kaju in ghee and add to the milk.

* Step 4

Now add nolengur to the pan mix well in low heat,add raisins and mix well,and boil till gur is melted.

* Step 5

Now payes is ready to serve and serve cool.
