Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash all vegetables before cutting and then chopped and keep aside,put daler bori to the heated oil in the pan and shallow fry and keep aside.
* Step 2
Put more mustard oil as needed,when it is boiled put jeera saute for few seconds,add ginger,add hing saute for few minutes then add chopped pumpkin,and chopped brinjal put turmaric powder and red chilli powder and give it a good mix,
* Step 3
Continue to saute put green chillies,and jeera dhania powder and mix again,and keep the flame in high mode of small burner.
* Step 4
Yummy tasty palang saager tarkari is ready to serve it is best with hot rice.
