Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all ingredients near you then wash and cut vegetables, soak basmati rice in water for half an hour, boil and peel the eggs and set aside.

Put kadhai in the heated oven put ghee two tablespoons and little oil to the kadhai, when ghee is boiled put jeera saute for a while then put chopped onions and fry till onions are brownish in colour,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and crushed garlic and ginger mix well and keep saute in medium heat, now put chopped tomatoes mix well,add garam masala powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,and some biriyani masala to the kadhai saute for more minutes add black pepper powder mix well,

Add curd mix add milk powder mix well and simmer

In another burner put water in the heated handi,when water starts boiling put above-mentioned garam masala to the boiling water and along with salt and one tablespoon oil and rose water to the handi, now put soaked rice to the handi, after seven to eight minutes paste, strain the rice and keep to the big plate and spread it for making of biriyani.

* Step 5

Now take another pan put oil to the pan now put peeled eggs to the boiled oil add turmeric powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt mix well and fry the eggs well and keep aside. Now put strained rice to the masala kadhai spread biriyani masala,ghee, saffron soaked milk, chopped coriander leaves,and fried eggs and fried onions add more milk if needed cover with the lid and keep it for ten minutes more. then switch off the flame and keep more time to the oven.

Now remove the cover and give a soft mix to the biriyani and thank God it's delicious.it's ready for lunch. Serve hot with curd and salad.
