red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala powder

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove skin of fishes and remove the waste inside the belly of the fishes cut all over the fishes using sharp knife, and finally wash with water,mix with salt, keep aside,Now take a bowl put all ingredients like corn flour,salt,chaat masala,red chilli powder,chopped garlic,lime juice,tamarind pulp,jeera dhania powder,garam masala powder, black pepper powder,and all make a nice paste,

Put masala puree to the fishes,give it a good mix to the fishes and rest for few minutes,

Heat the oil in the heated oven when it is well cooked put fishes to the pan and keep the flame of the oven in medium mode take time for perfect frying when one side is ready then flip and fry to the other side in same manner,
