* Step 1
Wash yum using the water then keep aside,Put oil in the heated pan after boiling oil put yum pieces and start saute.
* Step 2
Saute til the yum pieces are well fried,
* Step 4
Now chopped the yum in small pieces and putting it to the bowling oil again add red chilli powder,salt jeera powder,and chat masala, amchur powder, mix well.
* Step 5
Add to the serving plate and serve hot with lime and green chilli,yummy dish is ready to serving.
