Kundru ki dry Sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash the Kundru adding water
* Step 2
Then cut kundru in four halves.
* Step 3
Heat the pan put oil in the pan,
* Step 4
When the oil is heated put jeera and hing to the pan next add crushed garlic to the pan for tempering.
* Step 5
When oil is crackling, put kundru to the oil saute it,in the high flame of the oven,add termaric powder,red chilli powder,mix well,after a few minutes add jeera dhania powder,saute for a while then add garam masala powder mix well,
* Step 6
Add kasmiri red chilli powder then give it a nice mix keep them sauteed
* Step 7
Now slow the fame of the oven,
* Step 8
Saute it until the curry is properly cooked and a nice aroma comes from the pan add salt mix well and spread chopped coriander leaves mix it.
* Step 9
Yummy healthy Kundru curry is ready,served with hot rice.
