Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash the spinach with a bucket full of water wash separately spinach leaves then chopped
* Step 2
Now heat the pan add oil when properly heated the oil add one table spoon finely chopped garlic to the oil stir until the colour of the garlic is red
* Step 3
Then add peanuts to the oil stir until the peanuts become soft
* Step 4
Now put spinach to the pan stir in full flame of the oven don't keep the lid to the pan put black pepper powder to the spinach stir it then put salt to the pan
* Step 5
If you wish you can add half of lime juice to the spinach yes I have added lime juice also after the cooking is completed then give it a good mix
* Step 6
It is to be noted that stir fry recipe needs high temperature of the oven
