Ingredient

1 &1/2 tablespoons

sooji

1/2 teaspoon

baking powder

1/2 tablespoon

maida

1 tablespoon

butter

1 1/2 cup

sugar

2 cups

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add two pans in two heated oven

* Step 2

One side add the water and sugar, once it starts boiling, put lime juice, keep stirring, add saffron, cardamom also keep stirring, stirring until it becomes right consistency turn off the oven.

On other hand put oil or ghee in the oven,

* Step 4

Take a mixing bowl add the milk powder add refined flour add sooji which is soaked in water, add baking powder, give it a good mix, add butter mix again make a soft sticky dough,don't pressure to much to the dough,

* Step 5

Make small ball from the dough, til it shines

* Step 6

Now look the oil for frying gulab jamun, put balls in the oil fry in medium heat stir carefully

* Step 7

When all are made put in the warm sugar syrup keep rest for at least two hours,

Delicious soft gulab jamun are ready.
