Cooking instructions

* Step 1

After chopping the veggies wash thoroughly with the water especially puishsk needs extra care

Keep all ingredients near the oven,

* Step 3

Cut prawns carefully and remove black strings from the prawns mixed with termaric powder, salt and red chilli powder keep aside, in other side put pressure cooker in the oven add the chopped puishak along with little water close it and give a whistle and keep aside when pressure goes naturally open the pressure cooker and put the puishak in the big bowl,

Now heat the pan adding with mustard oil add the prawns to the pan fry lightly and keep aside,

Add more oil to the pan when heated add the bay leaves along with jeera and hing suddenly it is crackling add potato pieces fry little, next add the brinjal, then red pumpkin next add crushed ginger fry little adding with red chilli powder, termaric powder and green chilli mix it well and add the boiled puishak

* Step 6

Keep it stirring until the veggies get soft now add the jeera-dhania powder stir then garam masala powder mix well add the kashmiri red chilli powder mix well then add the one teaspoon milk powder mix well keep it stirring add the salt mix it now add one cup water to the pan when starts boiling add the fried prawns keep boiling until the gravy is made

Yummy curry is ready serves with hot rice
