Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soaked rice over night then boiled in pressure cooker and give one whistle then rest
* Step 2
Heat the pan add chopped coconut fry little then keep in the bowl, Next add bay leaves then jeera fry then add hing
* Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes add green chilli, red chilli powder mix it well,
* Step 4
Add chole masala stir, add fried coconut, add one teaspoon milk powder give it a good mix, add garam masala powder then add fenugreek leaves mix well add boiled chole dal stir cook until the dal is cooked perfect.
* Step 5
Luchi:Take a mixing bowl add flour put salt and one tablespoon oil mix well then add water slowly and mix it make a dough add oil over the dough rest it in the closed bowl for twenty minutes
* Step 6
Next open the bowl make small same sized ball the roll it
* Step 7
Heat another pan add oil when oil is perfect for frying add luchi dough and deep fry
* Step 8
Tasty dal and luchi is ready for breakfast.
