pumpkin puree

vinegar

1 cup

milk

1 1/2 tbsp

almonds

ghee

1 tbsp

Veg oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a mixing bowl add pumpkin pieces add jaggery, hing and pinch of salt blend it like a puree

* Step 2

Keep aside,next take another bowl add liquid ghee add veg oil add honey mix well now add pumpkin puree mix well add vinegar mix next add one egg mix continuously

* Step 3

Next take a strainer keep above the said bowl add refined flour add baking powder and baking soda strain to the bowl mix all ingredients add vanilla mix well

Mix continuously when there is no lump in the gravy add milk

* Step 5

Now take a micro save bowl spread ghee then spread refined flour remove excess flour now add pumpkin puree

* Step 6

Add almonds spread nicely preheat the oven at 200 deg then add pumpkin puree mix bake it for 13minutes after that delicious cake is ready

* Step 7

Next spread chocolate syrup and chocolate chips

* Step 8

And last garnish with red food grade colour for Halloween look
