Besan oats nut paratha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First oats,check peas besan add to the blender blend keep aside
* Step 2
Next add oil salt add blended Besan mix add milk add kasuri methi add coriander leaves mix well make a dough rest for half an hour then add few drops oil mix again make small balls then roll it
* Step 3
Now keep the pan in the oven add roti dough spread oil fry both sides make all paratha in the same way
* Step 5
Add oil in the pan add mustard seeds now add tomato pieces add raisins add raw mango pieces stir fry add salt,gud mix well add one cup water boiled when done keep it in the bowl
