Thyme & Gouda Scalloped Potatoes
My grandmothers recipe!! Enjoy!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Turn oven to 300, use butter to butter ceramic dish set aside.
* Step 2
Put cheese in bowl. Mix and remove 1/3 set aside. In bowl w more cheese add cream, thyme, shallots. Salt n pepper. Stir.
* Step 3
Cut potatoes thin, add to cheese and cream mixture. Coat and arrange in pan standing tall, wedge potatoes in pan, pack them tight pour all cream and cheese.
* Step 4
Use tinfoil, w spray cover potatoes. Bake for 2 hours on 300, every 30 minutes check and add extra cheese on tip keep covered.
* Step 5
Turn oven to 325 add remaining cheese and take off foil. Allow to thicken, enjoy!
