Mooru Ice (Spiced Yogurt Drink)
Chilled and spiced yogurt drink is best served during hot days or right after having spicy food. In many Indian restaurants in Malaysia, this drink is often enjoyed towards the end of a meal.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prep and gather all ingredients.
1. Chili & onion chopped.
2. Curry leaves - lightly bruised (using traditional old mortar and pestle)
* Step 2
Place all ingredients in a pitcher or a large jug 👉🏻 chopped chili, onion, curry leaves, salt and plain yogurt.
* Step 3
Pour in 4 cups of water. Stir to mix and to dilute the yogurt. Top with plenty of ice cubes or refrigerate before serving.
