Stir-Fried Mixed Veggies

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Below is our basic ingredients and seasonings for most STIR-FRIED veggies. Prepare all ingredients. Mince or finely chop garlic. Thinly slice brown onion. Blanch broccoli florets. Cube/dice tofu then, sear/Sauté using little oil in a pan until it's lightly browned. Keep aside. Clean baby Oyster mushrooms. Drain canned mushrooms. Slice chilli. Note: Stir frying is usually done pretty fast over high heat. Having all ingredients ready will help to prepare good stir-fry dishes.

How to Blanch Broccoli: 👉🏻 boil enough water for blanching. Add a tbsp of oil. 👉🏻 blanch broccoli in hot boiling water for 10 seconds. 👉🏻 remove and drop into cold water or rinse lightly (opt)

* Step 3

Cooking - Sautè garlic and brown onion until garlic is very lightly browned. Sprinkle dashes of white pepper powder into your sautéed onion. Add baby Oyster mushrooms and stir until it is cooked. Next, add champignons, tofu, slices of red chilli, broccoli and seasonings in C. Stir to coat veggies and tofu well for not more than a minute. Turn the heat off right away. Season again with 1-2 tsp of sesame oil. Stir to combine. Serve hot.
