Eggs & Onions Fried Rice
Kids' favourite. They said the simplest one is always the best.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prep all the ingredients. Next, Heat 3 tbsp (or as needed, depending on the amount of rice) of cooking oil in a wok or deep pan. Sauté sliced onions until translucent. Move everything to the side of the wok, break eggs and leave it to set lightly. Scramble the eggs and mix it with onions. Add chopped chillies and ground white pepper.
* Step 2
Stir in the rice. Keep stirring for few minutes until the rice is well mixed. Season with chicken seasoning powder or chicken bullion. Salt and light soy sauce can be used to replace chicken seasoning powder if you dont hv any. Adjust seasoning as desired. Stir well for few minutes & add splashes of sesame oil (opt). Mix well. Remove from the heat. Serve immediately.
