Blueberry Pancakes
There are a lot of pancake recipes, but this batter recipe is our favorite. We prefer blueberry pancakes, but the options are endless as to what you can add to the batter.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk together.
* Step 2
In a another bowl combine milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Whisk together.
* Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Add blueberries and fold in.
* Step 4
Heat griddle and add butter. Use a 1/3 cup to pour batter on griddle for each pancake. When bubbles appear, and start to pop, flip over the pancake. Cook another minute or until the bottom is browned
* Step 5
Add butter to griddle between batches. When done cooking the pancakes, plate them, add butter and maple syrup, and garnish with whipped cream and blueberries. Enjoy!
