Lagi kepengen makan sate lilit, tapi kok jadinya kaya pentungan gini yaaa 🫠🥹

sereh

13 siung

bawang merah

6 lembar

daun jeruk

4 buah

cabai rawit

1 ruas

lengkuas

1 ruas

kencur

1 ruas

jahe

1 ruas

kunyit

1/2 keping

gula merah

1 sdt

garam

1/2 sdt

lada bubuk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cuci bersih semua bumbu dan potong ujung sereh.

Panaskan wajan & tambahkan +/- 6 sdm minyak kelapa.

* Step 3

Haluskan bumbu bhase gede yang sudah ditumis (buang daun jeruknya); tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur, ketumbar & lada bubuk.

* Step 4

Ambil 1 sdm adonan & bentuk dengan tangan (bulat lonjong), kemudian ambil batang sereh lalu lilitkan.

Dan sate lilit pun siap disajikan dengan sambal matah.
