Weight Loss Cauliflower "Pizza"
i re-worked my old recipe and i left the cheddar cheese to make it weight loss friendly and even more delicious, due to new ingredients😋😋😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the egg mixture by mixing in grated cauliflower (i used cheese grater), grated zucchini, grated tofu and adding the herbs, spices, salt, pepper and black olives that you chopped into small pieces
* Step 2
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and oil it a bit, then place your mixture in a circular pizza shape on it. The mixture should be not too runny, something like a creamy texture. Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 200 degrees celsius
* Step 3
Garnish with Ajvar, and vegan cheese
