Vegetable fried rice

Vegetable fried rice

I use it for a lot of my sides especially bbq’s when I want to stay away from fries or onion rings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the rice in a pot with some salt about 1/2 tsp till soft at medium heat than strain for about 1 hour I prefer to do that the day before

* Step 2

Now add the onion garlic and oil in to a big skillet or a wok and sauté till onion is transparent now add the chicken cube and stirr

* Step 3

Now with medium heat add the rice soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and fry about 15 minutes

* Step 4

Now add the rest of the ingredients and fry till all the water resides add the 2 eggs till ready mix so they can scramble

* Step 5
