Mung Beans Bakpia Pan Bread
Indonesian pastry i like, it's like mochi but little bit bigger. It's originally come from Yogyakarta-Indonesia with Chinese influence. Ah ya, it looks like undercook but actually not ;)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak mung beans inside bowl of water for 1 hour then steam mung beans.
* Step 2
Mix steamed mung beans, add 1 tbsp sugar and salt then blend it with blender. Then make small balls
* Step 3
Mix yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 5 tbsp warm water in a glass then wait until bubble coming out (5-7 minutes).
* Step 4
Mix flour, 1 tbsp sugar, yeast, milk, baking powder, butter and warm water. Make a dough
* Step 5
Make small dough then set aside for about 30 minutes. Cover it with clean towel.
* Step 6
Roll dough on flatten surface (make sure you brush your flatten surface with oil/butter so it won't be sticky).
* Step 7
Then fill dough with mung beans or chocolate
* Step 8
Make balls then press it.
* Step 9
Brush pan with butter or vegetable oil then heat pan.
* Step 10
Put filled dough on frying pan then baked it for 5 minutes each side.
