Animal Style Salad

This quarantine situation with COVID19 has got me feeling a little extra fluffy so I decided to make a salad.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, brown onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Once browned, add it to the ground beef.

* Step 2

Using hands, mix onions into ground beef and form into burger patties. In the same pan, brown/cook burgers to your liking. I did 4-5 min per side with medium/large patties.

* Step 3

While burgers are cooking, mix your sauce ingredients together.

* Step 4

Literally just assemble your burger on top of whatever greens and veg you like and top with your sauce. DELISH!
