Super healthy bean and veggie soup

#Mycookbook Guilt free Soup I often throw together. I change up the veggies here and there depending on what I have in the house. Enjoy :)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pot Sautee onion, and garlic until translucent

* Step 2

Add your dried herbs and chopped celery and carrots. Cook 2 min

* Step 3

Add canned diced tomatoes and vegetable stock and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil (to cook out the tomatoes a bit)

* Step 4

Add your beans,chickpeas and pasta. Let simmer on medium low until pasta is cooked

* Step 5

Place some spinach at the bottom of your bowl and serve soup on top of spinach. Spinach will wilt with heat of the soup :)
