Airfryer pineapple
We went to Mexico in 2024. We had this pineapple treat there. This is a slight variation, because the other variation is just with sugar and cinnamon. I found the original recipe on YouTube but I’ve totally changed it a little bits because I rarely have ketchup in our home.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut up pineapple. Ensure you have removed the pineapple eyes.
* Step 2
Mix ingredients together in a bowl then coat your pineapple. Set your pineapple aside in a fridge for about at least two hours or longer to marinate.
* Step 3
It’s best to preheat your airfryer. Once you have preheated. Set airfryer to Cook for 12-15 minutes in a 380F preheated air fryer, flipping the slices halfway through, until caramelized. I recently bought a Cosori 24 quart ceramic airfryer oven. Basically because it was an airfryer oven I left the setting at 400 and let it preheat and then let it start cooking.
* Step 4
Serve with homemade coconut icecream.
