Grilled Kebab with Mushrooms & Valerian salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First put the kebab meat on the grill and wait until it becomes well done (or medium grilled as you like, i always prefer it well done as i don't like the red color on my meat),add the dried oregano, mix and take it off the fire, kebabs are ready.
* Step 2
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into 4 pieces and place them on the grill and wait 5-10 min until they are ready. Then sprinkle with salt & pepper,dried oregano and add a tbsp of balsamic vinegar and mix.
* Step 3
Prepare the salad ahead, wash the valerian salad, pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper and on top a spoon of cottage cheese
