Sesame Chicken Noodle Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken for 30 mins.
* Step 2
In a wok, add sesame oil to fry the egg. Set aside once cooked.
* Step 3
In the same wok, add veg oil, fry the ginger slices for about 2 mins.
* Step 4
Add chicken in and 2 tbsp rice wine. Cook until chicken turns yellow.
* Step 5
Add water till boiling, add mushroom in and continue cooking for 20 mins.
* Step 6
Add salt and goji (optional) to the soup.
* Step 7
In another pot, cook noodle. Once cooked, remove it and place it on a bowl.
* Step 8
Add soup to the bowl. Add egg, spring onions and dash of sesame oil.
